Healing treatments
These long treatments are more traditional in Latvia, and are a space for healing.
The session can range from 3-6 hours, doing several rounds of entering the pirts. Each time we enter the pirts, we delve a little deeper, and each round there will be a different variation on plant scrubs, scents, contrasts and techniques to really connect with yourself.
Long treatments will be available soon, sign up to the newsletter or follow me on social media to hear when.
Group Treatments
Connect with yourself and a small group in these intimate group treatments.
Group treatments are available in both long and short sessions. The short treatment lasting around an hour, and long treatment is 3-4 hours.
All group treatments will start with a consultation before to gather what the aim of the sauna will be, and intention setting together before entering.
These treatments focus on group connection and will have everyone interacting with the leaves and each other. These will be guided through aromas, sounds

Workshops & Training
I run introductory workshops to whisking and Latvian pirts practice. Often it will be a two-day course, I also run bespoke sessions tailored to your needs.
The two-day course is about learning elements of the pirts tradition and questioning them. We uncover the layers of what we are taught in sauna and why, bringing in our own experiences.
Day 1: Covers sauna basics, sauna safety, holding space in a sauna, and the practical use of steam. We will explore sauna from a background of Baltic sauna traditions, and discuss which threads speak to us.
Day 2: Focuses on the crafting of scrubs and teas and our own sauna practices. Bringing our surroundings and the seasons into the sauna.
Each day includes practical, peer-led group discussions, facilitated sauna sessions, theory and physical practice. Each person receives a detailed information booklet to take home.
If in doubt, drop me a message!
If you would like a bespoke sauna ritual or workshop that you don't see on here, or have any questions, do contact me and I am more than happy to chat to you.
